Please note that we do require 24 hours notice for treatment cancellations, so that we may offer your appointment time to someone else in need on our waitlist.

If you are unable to give notice or do not arrive for your appointment, the credit card on file will be charged or you will be asked to settle an outstanding balance of our cancellation policy fee as follows:

On the first occurrence, clients will be subject to a cancellation/no show fee of 50% of the treatment fee + HST

On all subsequent occurrences, clients will be subject to a cancellation/no show fee of 100% of the treatment fee + HST

This policy is necessary to have in place to protect the livelihoods of our therapists and respect their time away from their families for your appointment slot that would have otherwise been filled should more notice had been provided.
